Levling: what is faster?

i just wanna ask, what gives faster exp (without any hacks)

Grinding solo in HV with 200% boost(without the last 3 bosses) OR
Lvling with a lv130-140 char in ic2 iwht a 200% boost.

what is better and faster?

boost w/ lv 135 on Siena b1f will be better than your 2 options I think
