Voting abuse

Hello,

I would like to request if posible an anti-spamming voting system for ap.
We want to implement a system like that but do have the horror of beying "vote spammed" for ap. If there is any way to counter it,
efficient way that exists, please do let me know. I would greatly apreciate it.

edit and add it ip tracked + no proxy usage simple sadly people do not understand.
