File not found cabal main

.guyz can you pls help me fix my cabal, because after patch of cabal ep8 to ep9, my cabal always pop up this error.

file not found or corrupted cabal main.

fresh install your CABAL again.. use the EP8 client.. then update online.. don't use the EP9 manual patch.. just update online..

i have another error on my cabal ph sir..
