Well....As far as I know, you must win those prizes from the event.
I have good knowledge with hacking BYM and I couldnt enable it.
I can make it instant/build/repair/upgrade for free if you already have it though.
Maybe someone else found a way to enable it, but if they have then they kept it quiet.

Morgs.. you are member in flash hacking right? is there anyone there know that?
