Bonus missed

I bough today 2 x 8000 boost for 2 accounts. They confirmed and gave me only 3 bonuses : vinil, licence plate and neon, BUT NOT the Renault Megane Cop. What can I do to recieve the bonus they missed ?
The bonus is not in Car dealer.
Where may be reported this bug? Can anybody to give me a link ?

look in car dealer> gifts- there is your car if not call support please..

report to them

Try getting in touch with EA Customer Support ([Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]). But chance for them to reply to the message is almost 0%. I already tried to contact them but like I said, they never reply my message. So good luck...

To get the car you must buy 17,500 boost or more !
