[Question]Public Server legal issues

hypothetically speaking if i wanted to make my server public what should i do first to avoid any legal trouble. Do i need to buy the copyright from Joymax or something

hypothetically, since joymax is not gonna give shit about your server but the BIG ones, you should try not using any SRO/Joymax related image on your website AT LEAST
if you really want to avoid Joymax completely(and I mean COMPLETELY) change any model/texture/names(skills,mobs,races,cities) from the client
ofc that last one is impossible as it would take a 9000 years to accomplish
Joymax mainly targets websites as they are public on the other hand, server by itself is a little more difficult to prove.

So a big server would be like playsro.com and how do they get to publicly use their server without being caught by joymax
