Depends on what it contains.

In your case, this might help: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Wrong section btw.

A mod will move the topic, no worries.

The SG file extension is related to an old program called Micrografx ABC SnapGraphix and used for files that contains saved user settings.
So I guess you'll need a programm called Micrografx ABC SnapGraphix to open it?

Actually doing some further research -nothing that hard, actually just a matter of not going just to the first option Google provides- here is some further information.

Primary association: ABC Snap Graphics

Other applications associated with file type SG:
  1. Disciples II (Saved Game) by Strategy First .SG is the extension for individual games (not sagas) and saved or created games in the campaign editor. This association is classified as Game.
  2. SciGraphica (Data File) SciGraphica is a scientific application for data analysis and technical graphics. It pretends to be a clone of the popular commercial (and expensive) application "Microcal Origin". It fully supplies plotting features for 2D, 3D and polar charts. The aim is to obtain a fully-featured, cross-plattform, user-friendly, self-growing scientific application. It is free and open-source, released under the GPL license.
  3. Sega (SG-1000 Image File) by Sega of America, Inc. Raw cartridge image for Sega Game 1000 (SG-1000) console system. Related links: Emulation Newbies Start Here!, Emulator Zone
  4. Snap Quiktour File
