Need to buy a server

Im looking for somone to help me finish my shaiya server. Im willing to pay about 15-30$ for some help finishing up please base is already built just have a few problems with the session and stuff i dont need protection i just want the server to start i dont need you to make anything either just get it so i can completely turn it on and shut it down
