If someone has in mind a 100cap server.

I got some pretty good ideea's for a 100 cap server.
I see many server's opening at this time , but all I see it's or a money-maker server ,or some 120 cap's wich I really don't like ..
Also 100 cap was an awesome cap , with some good edit's you can get fun & money for the server owner's , but you need time - a good team and you have to keep in touch with the player's wishes.
I'm not a good designer- developer so that's why I could give you some idea's of course , I won't ask anything for my ideea's because I just want a server to play with my friend's and hopefully to make new friends.
I don't want to share my ideas on epvp because other's may use them , I also wanna know if the future server owner that will use my ideas is capable to own a server.

2 future for the new server:-
1. 100-cap with REAL gameplay . not that bullshit overedited.
2. Any cap else =/= 100

and ofc u will ask him to be GM in his server for sharing ur ideas ? ^^

No, I won't.
Even if I would ,I'm one of the most trustfull GM's ...you can ask the owner's of the servers were I was GM.
Also, think about Lyssa online :).
When they got DDoSed they had 600 players and growing.

I like 110 itself , 120 130 135 140 1295815151 cap is bullshit fucked up and recycle of models by gaymax ..
Look at arabian update , 4 different colors of mangyang with different attack+level. Recycle shit :p

If you would create a 100-cap with nice edits + drops . something attractive , you know . You'll get rather some people to join with you. Just , intelligence .

Well,I think people would be attracted if the server would be stable and fresh with some awesome futures ( that I have in mind )
Also with a pretty attractive exp rate + some end futures :)!
So they won't get boored when they reach max level. (Also got something in mind for that ).

proably start as cap 60 and end like a cap 100
cuz after cap 100 sro suxs hard
