I'm looking for a private server..

It needs to be:
90-100 Cap
No Donation
Free silk
Mid - High rates
No botting
Eu & Ch
I dont want a server with 100cap and 11d items. It's such a dumb idea. I want an oldschool sro that I can play every day and not have to worry about somebody with a lot of money pwning the whole server.

Please let me know as I look forward to becoming a high member of society in my "dream server".
