HELP! Plz Help UCE Hack

How come my it showed Access Denied?
first i download file uce
second : extra
3rd: copy replace GG
4th: copy replace launcher
5th: extra and copy unpack 4.6.17
6th: install cheat engine( When I click the launch engine it shows create process failed code 740)
7th: like normal step launching game
ended up shows Error!Access Denied!

can anyone tell me what is going on??

Sounds like you are running Vista without Admin priveleges. You need to run everything as an administrator, and run them in Windows XP compatibility mode.
