I can translate to my language but can't create character

I extract Media.pk2 from BlackRogue (TH)

and copy file text from root this dir
\Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata

Code:

- textquest_queststring
- textquest_speech&name

and paste on vsro 1.88 client

with edit file type.txt

I try run game , everything is ok
It show Thai language.

But

I can not to Create new character.

It show wrong alphabet when i create name (I try only number, it still show wrong)

How to Fix it ?
