At the moment, no trainer does not work after today's update you have to wait a day or two days to our beloved hackers updated trainers ... ;) I'm sorry for the English.

Bro when they re-update GMZ Trainer and QR bot just use those. I set it to about 1000 races every night and when i wake up i have made about 1.2-3 million i got like 5 IGC cars that cost 1.5 mil & up and im about to buy the BossQuote:
