stupid question, but what do you do to teleport? LOL I am a noob, hmmm...I have the map hack install already just don't know how to teleport from it? Pointers pleaz for this noob

u click the mini map at the top right of ur screen.

No such thing, check the packets out. Whenever you go into a dungeon, the client sends the server a packet (assuming containing level info) then the server sends one back whether you enter it or not... Could be possible with packet editing? Not sure.
