Guide to use HSS for Cabal PH

Looking forward for some to help me get guide to be able to download cabal Ph when I'm in Australia thank you.......



Hot Spot Shield I'm currently having and don't know what's the next step to do to get Cabal Ph

Just download the client from the official homepage?

So when after I download HSS, I will be able to download Cabal Ph right?

#Acid for the rules in Cabal Ph you may not allowed to download it cause Im in Australia and only PH people could download it easily.... so what Im asking is to get FAKE IP address to be able to download that cabal PH
