Need help with Certification

I have a problem with my download server and gateway server i run certification successfully, and i run global manager and machine manager successfully but when i try to start download server or gateway server they say " request server certification and don't get past that"

here is all my config files if someone can find my problem i would really appreciate it.

the port of those exes might be wrong in your server.cfg,check out your server.cfg
also try to run them through smc
