Error in ServerFiles

Hello
Can some one tell me what i make bad ?
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Its saying that "SQL server don't exist or access deny"
in \server\Cast\config.ini i put correct id/pw
same in \server\Session\config.ini .

1-are you using sql2000 + sql2000sp4??
2-did you give the account all database rights?
3-did you already try using the "sa" username?
4-did you select "mixed mode" on the sql2000 installation? (win auth mode+ sql auth mode)

1. Yes im using sql +sp4
2. Yes i give correct account/pw
3.Yes i was trying
4. i dont renember gonna try to instal again sql, and edit post
