Depends on your Internet but I'd change it to atleast 400 just to be sure ^^

try to search this forum, there are plenty of info about antilag distance. As Mladen mentioned - in case of bad internet connection I would change it.

That's right, you should create your own timing for better efficiency and protection. It might take some time to discover the best one, but afterwards it'll help you a lot. ;)Quote:
