game mode 1, game mode 0???

using shadow.txt does anyone know the difference between running the game in game mode one:
"[path]
PackIO 1"

or game mode 0
"[path]
PackIO 0"




is this still needed in hacking and what does it do???

Not unless you are running the game using unpacked data files. To do that, you would need a working CRC bypass. Based on the fact that you had to ask this question, I doubt that you have one.

To sum it up with a simple answer: Leave Shadow.txt alone. If your hacks don't work, try changing it. If that fails to make the hack work, change it back and try something else.

naaah i make my own hacks.. but this is just somethign that i did not know about. i edited the data files directly so i guess that it wouldnt have effected me... cheers
