How get lot of FPS please?

Hello all players :) , have any one tip for how get lot of FPS please? Very thanks...

shut down all other services in taskmanager which arent necessary, for e.g. anti virus programm or put in on play mode.

To put LoL in highest priority in taskmanager.

to put graphik on low

update your graphik driver and your windows

put the graphics ingame on low and turn off the shadows (turning of shadows gives you an extra 10 fps)

And IN GAME I must off vertical synch.. and them get more fps too? Or I on it?

u get more FPS when u turn off vertical synch and u have to set ur fps from 60 to benchmark

Set the ingamesetting from 60 Fps or something other to high.

low graph and benchmark should be enough for some bad vidcards
