Players X cmd?

hey i have played this game since it came out and somewhere along the way there was a command around v1.07 that was designed to alter the difficulty and therefore experience and drops of monsters as if there were X players in the game X being whatever you chose. i have found forums and threads talking about it up till version 1.11 but seeing as how its now 1.12 i have no clue if it still works or if the command is different or the same and i just dont notice it working!!! plz help meh out ^.^

the command is /players x
works only in single player.

would be gozu if that works in closed battlenet for bot runs :)
