In search of a server

Didn't really think this belongs in the 'advertising' section.
Is there any server currently online with something along on these lines.

Chin/Euro
70-110Cap
Any rates.
*must have* Egy weapons/gear etc..

^any way to get them to be honest, besides purchasing with real money.
