Well it depends on what you consider a "good leveling server"

For some a good leveling server is one that is pointlessly easy with insanely high rates like most out there that suck that all the kiddies play on and get bored in a week lol.

Then there are others that consider a good leveling server 1 that requires some actual work on your part to accomplish something in the game without being able to get 135 and super +12 2 sock -7 255 gear in 1 day like the first option based servers.:p
