I'm pretty sure you mixed up the files. All repacks are working BUT you shouldn't mix the files. Delete everything and start from scratch. Only use the files released by pyrok and don't mix them up.
Do you have a 64 Bit Machine? It looks like it's a 32 Bit OS and the Serverfiles won't work on a 32 Bit machine.
