WA using FS buff ?how to do that?

I have already see that in SIMP and another server,here is a picture,anyone konws?

It is probably a private server you are in. Ep.2 private servers have alot of people that uses editors to edit their class skills, stats, etc while they are a different class. ( sorry if you don't get it ).

Milly actualy that is a legit ep8 server. :P Even tho,some1 said something about that in a thread here somewhere,that he could make other characters use all buffs,make WA use Blink from WI and so on..yet I'm sure where I saw it.
