How to edit the PK2?

hey guys i got a question how can i edit the pk2 skillbar?
like i wanna make my custom skillbar ETC how can i do that?

well i know ppl are using a hex editor. u open the media pk2 with a hex editor. but i advise u to backup you`re original media pk2, or download one from here. doing it youreself will most likely fail in some way ( first time users sometimes make mistakes) :)
