Send notice for php

Hi, i want to send notice with php. Is it possible ?

Ah server notice or a notice to your client ?

well yes it's possible but not that easy to implement.
you'll have to login a char or connect to globalmanager via php sockets

example: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Just question does the unknown byte differs from one certification to another ?

its not unknown anymore xD
its the server id
so in my case its 0x40h (64d)
