A keypresser is something whole different,
So you need a bot for Csro..

if u need only i button to press..try auto click (mouse)
n try to google for windows vista auto click..so its will work so fine..hehehe
btw y u dont use agbot or stealthex?...got the option to grap item ect...o well all the best
