WTB>101+ Sin on Arch Server

I'm looking to buy a lvl 101+ sin on the Arch server.

I would want it to be 3.33aps+
Sage or Demon doesn't matter, but Sage is preferred.
Should have most of the APS gear... and for a weapon R9 and Nirvana are preferred.
I'm looking for good refines, sharding doesn't matter too much.
And as for money, 100mill is enough for me to work with.

I have a 102 Celestial Sage sin, with G15 Dark Death Thorns, Zerk, -int, attack level.

+6 refines all around, full aps gear, sharded DOTS.

Sage BP, Tidal, all the op ones.
