NEED BEST PRIVATE SERVER !

Hello i was search long long time but cant find any good private server. Maybe you have any interesing server.
Must be:
-not egy suns, sets +15 +16 etc for real money
-not to high rates, preffer 200x +
-11-13deg items suns drops in mirror dimensions
-nice attendance more than 200-300 players
-some events like hide and seak uniques or any others
-light botting can be allowed
-friendy players
