Cheat engine to use speedhack swords 2

I was wondering if there was a way to use a speedhack on Swords 2(Or Granado Espada), including what programs to use with it and a picture instruction on how to set it to use a speedhack, Ive seen alot of botters using speedhacks and was wondering how I can use the same?
