What you need:
6 mill zps or so..(Each Item Cost 6mil)
VIP status of atleast 1
Look for this npc on Warship:

Talk to her and she will come up with a prompt like so:

Click the Option circled in purple
After that you will have a prompt like so:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
The first row with the options circled in
Purple and red are Weapons
Purple = Artillery Weapons
Red = Melee Weapons
The second row with the options circled in
Black and blue and inner and outer gears
Black = Outer Gears
Blue = Inner Gears
Artillery Option
If you Clicked the Artillery option you will be prompt with this:

Translation:
Highlighter = +12 Machine Gun
Red pen = + 12 Rifile
Black pen = +12 Shot Gun
Blue Pen = +12 Frost Gun
Lime = +12 Flame Gun
Melee Weapons
If you Clicked the Melee option you will be prompt with this:

Translation:
Highlighter = +12 Soul Spear
Red Pen = +12 Space Shield
Black Pen = +12 Sky Sword
Blue Pen = +12 Great Sword
Lime = +12 Thunder Spear
Green = +12 Burning Saber
Purple = +12 Star Scythe
Outer Gear
If you Clicked the Outer Gear option you will be prompt with this:

Translation:
Yellow Highlighter = +12 Thrusters
Red Pen = +12 boots
Black Pen = +12 Armor
Inner Gear
If you Clicked the Inner Gear option you will be prompt with this:

Translation:
Yellow High Lighter = +12 Engine
Black Pen = +12 Cabin
Red Pen = +12 Energy Cabin
Blue Pen = +12 Hp Module
Finalizing Purchase
Every option you choose there is a screen with something similar to this:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Always Choose the option Circled in Blue
Then a window shall pop up press yes and you should have your item.
