Scion question

So before wasting gold on a Gem of Origin I was wondering:
During the test server, if you wanted to get the "transform skill" you didn't need to put 20 skill points in skills 1st. But you could get the skill just by hitting lvl20. Before you had to waste 20 points to get it.
Now my question is: Is it the same now? If I reset my skills, do I need to put 20 skill points in skills 1st before getting the skill or can I instantly buy it? It's still 20 sp we are talking about.

i think now you don`t have to waste 20 points ^^

you can take the skill of orbit slayer and summoner after the lvl 20 . So 20 pt won . You need only 1 pt on passiv skill to get the second skill. ( 10 pt won again ) and same in normal build . you can have some Aoes to rang 1 . so won 5 6 pts again =) . so yes use your gem of origin
