Problem with purchasing Speedboost using Webmoney

I wanted to test first if there are any problems buying speedboost with webmoney before I place the funds on it. I noticed this error comes up when I am trying to purchase 17,500 or 50,000:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
While in lower Speedboosts, It only tells me that I don't have enough funds to purchase it:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Correct me if im wrong but I think this has something to do with the infamous NU2001 Error. Hopefully they should fix it before the Shelby GT500 SuperSnake is gone or else, the next top-up car should be better.

Based on what the error says(Merchant inaccessible), it is from EA.
