the character is not loading i changed pk2 to english but the character/world is not loading,maybe someone know why?

You can't just change the language from "Chinese" to "English" with Hex Editor. Download a pre-made pk2.

Where can I find a pre-made pk2?

btw. in original tSRO pk2 language is Taiwan
