ecsro login bug

hi i have an ecsro login bug. got a picture here:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

i just copied my ecsro folder from computer to laptop.
on computer ecsro is working fine but i dont know why it doesnt work on my laptop. its not because of the resolution, i tested it. btw i got windows 7
so i hope that you can help me :D
