He should grab some better English (Or a better translator) Because I have NO clue what he's asking, so I'll hit a few points:
1) If you mean beginning/completing the quest line use Google or check out the Official Rappelz forums. Plenty of 'Walkthroughs' out there.
2) If you mean having MC quest lines function on your server, they SHOULD all work in the most up-to-date file releases.
