[Release] Rappelz 7.4 Server Files

Hi all. I've decided to go ahead and release these then 'retire' from Rappelz. This release included a recent herlock that works with the current official clients as well as all the official databases and lua files. GamePortal just released something very similar but I noticed that the herlock they included wasn't hexed to use the old eop format and that it's missing all the lua files so I decided to release these files. Don't PM me with questions about this release, you will not get a response :)

For those that may be wondering about the emu, it's been handed off to a small group of devs so they can continue to work on it and release it once it's ready to go.

Jw and I were talking about this the other day. What was fun for us was getting the incomplete files working, spending hours figuring out all the lua commands and database structures. It's kind of boring for me when everything is just handed to you :)

Pyrok made the "Brain work" lol, so now you SHOULD get it working.

yes they bouth did it...but in same time is gp work too. and as i remember this is 3rd time pyrok said is retireing :) but he didnt. we dont minf to step inside time by time and release something when others struggle. in the same time the emu is still the priority

yeah we expect now on massive new servers threats :D (and ofc...how can i fix this, help pls...and more :) even with server for dummies screens :D )
and also i bet first question will be "how i add new account" cuz obvios an "s" was cut from a sentence :P
