If my PET explodes a bit behind the NPC's do they still get damaged? 'Cause I was doing a beta and using Kami on the prots but since I was flying around my pet always was waaay behind the NPC's when it exploded and I died before I could check if the actually got damaged (LOL) I don't want to have to stand still while it hits them... And one more thing: How many prots could it kill in one go while cubing? Is it worth doing it if I'm not premium?

You should use it near them. Closer = higher damage.

Also you should kill 2 waves while killing cubicon

you get your 75k dmg ONLY if the pet explodes ontop of the enemy.

like if you kill kristallin in the corners from a galaxygate

That's ridiculous, protegites are never gonna get hit then =(

just tank prots for a sec while your pet goes and explodes on them, and then run and get up your shield within next kami cooldown. i use kami even in gamma gate, saves lot of time

and yes, it is worth using kami while doing cubikon but only use twice, if 3+ prots die in the 2nd kami, it will be a lot easier for you to do the cubi becoz prots hit lesser damage.

When you are in the gate, wait for all the protegits appear, take a short time to group them all, then take out your pet, sit and wait for all of them come as a circle around you. Hit the kami and run.
You will probably need a 500k+ shield on your config.
Hit and run, refill your shield, and re-do the steps.
The timing of the run is important Because you may take a damage of 150k+ for 3 times, which will drain your shield fast.
