Why can't I craft this hat?
The reqiered artisan level is 1 and my artisan level is 10..?
In addition is a screenshot..

Warum kann ich mir keinen Hut machen?

That "You must increase your artisan level" will go away if you learn/buy skill form your craft NPC. You have to do that when you reach lvl10 and lvl25 craft. Not sure if it will help with your problem completely though.
