Its still on,but with new patch.I guess.

I cant open Sambaba F5.

Pls can anybody help me about this issue? I have the quest for Sambaba F5 but I cant open it. I dont know the reason.

There are no other Hero Quests (except for kill Lavalon) at Libra anymore.
