Oh god, no decent servers?

Seriously, whats going on with the Conquer Private "comunity"?

there is not a single decent private server to play, all we have is this 5600+ with these stupid ninjas and bullshit, i mean, wth is that.
The few servers 5095 you are not more than a sand bag to donators, who are nearly invencible.

What happened to the 5065 servers, were we, Old School players, could remember the gold days of the real Conquer and have some fun on a "balanced" game (ok, not so balanced, stupid potency/OP donators), but you know what i mean, you still could kill them.


It has been 3 years since the last time that i played a private server, it was PowerCo... such good memories...

So far there is ONLY 1 private server that is actually worth playing which is Love2Hate which Korvacs stated.
I know how you feel, it is pretty much dead tough.

i got my own server but i only play at love2hate :D worth playing , been there for 6 months now , stable , great owner/staff ^^

Tell you the truth, from the looks of that I can just tell your server is not going to be much fortunate.

Just not worth the effort to make a server for conquer IMO.

I had considered doing a back to basics server and writing it properly this time (between hellmouth and albetros I learned a ton about programming and have been learning plenty since then. Could write a rather good source at this pt I feel) but I just don't see the reason to bother.

There's Love2hate and I guess still trinity and other servers out there and then the giant swarm of second rate trash servers out there... there will always be only a couple 'good' servers and the older and trashier conquer gets, the less popular even those will be.

Personally I'd say it's time to jump ship to something more compelling, or if nothing exists, to create it.
