skill hack no cooldown

how can i make no cooldown in cf? after 4-5 cf's i have cool down and i saw some1 who doesnt has cool down.

I suggest you watch the video again but this time actually watch it. That summoner has NO SKILL HACK. As for cooldown, every skill will cool down when cast a few times. The time is the same as normal skill animation. You have to cast faster. Usally u can cast 6-8 cf before it enter cooldown.

i wonder how u still can make 4-5 times...
i edit with CarrierZ tut and doesnt work.
after PM a mod he says that i should download chinese fx client and that skillhack on pserver is different :S
