[HELP]Shaiya Pserver Install

Hello i'm trying to setup an new server for tests and stuff in client but when im trying to install im getting this error OpenSCManager : Failed 5
acces denied , ive tried going trough the forums but i cant find someone who had a fix yet tough when im running it in administrator it says it cant find the /batch files

on topic the quote of terence is totaly right u got permission problems which disables u to install the program. try to follow that steps or make/use the admin profile on ur pc.
