As i saw it was Global America 1 or even 2 :)
In past it was Global Europe 1, which had ~4 - 5k players.

for me i think global europe 4 has the most active people who are alreadys ue's and fe's its fun hunting on that server since you can always kill someone thats a good match with you ^.^
