Creating char problem

hi all.
need some help.
when i am chosing an new char race, i get this blur screen ( all bugged screen ) :(
can anyone tell me why?

or your client ... maybe try to re-add login.dat (into the data folder i guess)

it will be the client side if you are using the rainbow db

Its a flash player problem or one of your .dll is missing , so id update your flash player , java , etc. if that dont work reinstall your client

it is solved! it is not the login.dar, nor flash player. it is because u only need 1 pic ( .../data/main/CreateRoleImgBk ) to be in the background of the chose race screen.
