[Dif]Change shout level limit

Hello!
Normally we can shout (!text) if we have 15 level. This diffrence change level limit from 15 to 3. After you use this dif, you can shout from 3 level if you use locale from this list: arabia, brazil, bulgaria, canada, croatia, czech, denmark, english, france, germany, greek, hongkong, hungary, italy, japan, korea, mexico, newcibn, poland, portugal, romania, russia, turkey.

was soll das jetzt bringen ? ^^ verstehe bei den Ausländern nicht wirklich alles ... heist dass, das z.B ich bin Lv 30 und der andere Lv 60 ist das ich daraus die difinition machen kann das nur noch 15 Level unterschied ist um dem jenigen in die Gruppe zunehmen ?

Mit der DIF vom TE kannst du bereits ab Lvl 3 den Rufchat nutzen, ansatt ab Lvl 15 :awesome:
