Can somebody explain or send me a link to a guide on how to run a sql backup made for 2012 and run it on sql 2008 r2? If it is even possible.. When I restore it, I get a message saying "Specified cast is not valid. (SqlManagerUI)". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.
