How play on the self PC where the Server Run

I know the question were it often ago 1 year but i don't not the real answer. :(

CPU: 4% and Ram: 40% with all Region except for Chin Tomb you can see on the image.

There is a special tool made for this error. Google and you will find it. But as an alternative solution use a loader like : "edxSilkroadLoader_Lite" The reason is due to multiclient as the server acts like a client on the same machine and you cannot run both at the same time with out multiclient enabled. Hope this helps you.

To play your server on same pc like i did before
Simply

Open server files, open task manager and end process of excessive b.s ur not using.
THEN
Open Edx Loader 6 select ur client and then run it.
Obviously you won't be able to run it on a shit comptuer
my specs was win 7 64 bit 2.36GHZ i think and 4 gb ram i3 core

no lags for me
