[HELP] Chat Window News edit !

Guys do anyone know how to edit chat window News?

Well , its in Media\server_dep\silkroad\textdata\textuisystem.tx t
Just press ctrl f , then write It will be marked at your screen . You'll grab the whole line , press backspace to delete it then write what you like to write .
NOTE: To make new line , YOU MUST NOT press enter . for example:-
